Release the load lifters and shoulder straps until the pack hangs loose.
Adjust the waist belt around your hips until its comfortably snug.
Take off the pack. Pull the webbing loop between the yoke and the pack to pull out the adjuster.
Slide the adjuster bewtween the yoke and the bag to break the hook and loop seal.
Return the yoke adjuster to the pocket it came from. It doubles as the upper framing of the pack.
